Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee electrical installations, remodels, and upgrades from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Team Development: Train, coach, and support apprentices and technicians while maintaining a positive, productive crew environment.
Technical Execution: Perform and direct all phases of electrical work, including layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish work.
Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain schedules and material flow.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce NEC standards, company policies, and jobsite safety protocols.
Customer Communication: Maintain professionalism and clear communication with homeowners, contractors, and partners.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of electrical work in installation, remodel, or construction environments.
License: Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage small crews and lead by example.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and blueprints.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to Milwaukee, WI before starting work.
