Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead/Staff AI Engineer to build agentified platforms, GenAI applications, and APIs at enterprise scale. This role emphasizes AI/ML technical excellence and hands-on development of intelligent systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-scale agentified platforms, GenAI applications, and APIs using state-of-the-art GenAI technologies.

Build intelligent agents for use cases like customer service, appointment optimization, inventory management, marketing automation, data lineage/quality, and observability.

Drive AI/ML architectural decisions and define technical standards for AI system development.

•
Create scalable APIs for AI services, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance.

Optimize AI system cost, latency, and scalability.

Research, prototype, and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies for the wellness industry.

Mentor engineering teams on AI/ML best practices and agent development.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

7+ years in software development with a full-stack engineering background.

2–3+ years in AI/ML engineering, GenAI app development, and multi-agent design.

Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models and agent systems at scale.
