Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Capability Lead to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence

initiatives and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in enabling AI-driven business

transformation. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned AI professional with 10–15 years of

experience in designing, developing, and delivering AI solutions — spanning both Generative AI

and Predictive AI technologies.

This individual will play a strategic and hands-on leadership role, guiding the organization’s AI

capability development, delivering consulting engagements for clients, and driving innovation

across multiple domains. The AI Capability Lead will serve as both a thought leader and

practitioner, capable of defining AI strategies, building scalable solutions, and mentoring technical

teams to excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the evolving AI ecosystem, stays ahead of emerging

trends, and brings strong expertise in applying AI responsibly to solve real-world business

challenges.

Title: Lead – Artificial Intelligence Capability

Location: Bangalore, Pune

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute the AI capability roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.

· Advise clients on AI strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches across industries.

· Architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Generative and Predictive AI.

· Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and trends; publish insights and thought leadership.

· Build, mentor, and guide AI engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 10–15 years of total experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or consulting role.

· Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions using both predictive (ML-based) and generative (LLM-based) approaches.

· Hands-on expertise with one or more major cloud AI ecosystems — Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.

· Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, fine-tuning methods, prompt engineering, and MLOps/GenAIOps principles.

· Deep familiarity with AI/ML development frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

· Working knowledge of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-native systems to support AI solution deployment.

· Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles with a strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business audiences.

· Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate AI’s business value clearly.

· Strong mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
