Project:
• Cloud Migration

What you’ll do::
• Lead data platform design and evolution — from modeling to scalable pipeline architecture
• Define and own the company’s data and integration strategy
• Build, optimize, and maintain large-scale ETL/ELT workflows
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are in place
• Act as the technical lead for the data engineering team and mentor other engineers
• Partner with business and analytics teams to deliver impactful data solutions
• Bring new ideas, tools, and best practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring) to life

What you bring::
• 7+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or large-scale data processing
• Strong Python and SQL skills with an eye for performance tuning
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, etc.)
• Proven ability to design and manage complex ETL/ELT systems
• Deep understanding of data modeling and architecture
• Leadership experience and clear, confident communication in English

Bonus points for::
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, or data catalogs
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Flink
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines)
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Data Architect
