We are seeking a Lead, Curriculum Design to lead curriculum design, enhancement and transformation across our UPA colleges.
In this role, you will lead curriculum initiatives that improve student outcomes, ensuring alignment with contemporary teaching practices, regulatory requirements and partner expectations. You will lead large-scale curriculum redesign projects across blended and online environments, embedding innovative learning design approaches, including authentic assessment and inclusive teaching practices.
You will work closely with academic leaders and colleges to integrate digital learning practices within curriculum design and support the effective use of learning technologies, including Moodle.
The role also contributes to the development of academic capability through professional development initiatives, including supporting the delivery of the annual learning and teaching conference.
You will manage projects from design through to implementation and evaluation, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement and ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes across a multi-campus environment.
• Postgraduate qualification in education, educational technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience leading curriculum design and transformation initiatives with measurable impact
• Strong expertise in curriculum design, assessment and digital learning strategies
• Advanced capability in Moodle (or similar LMS), including embedding learning technologies into teaching practice
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage change in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to use data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
