The Role

As a Lead Creator Campaign Manager you have 5+ years of agency experience in influencer and creator marketing. You'll be the lead who ensures every creator campaign we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, performance and consistency. This is a leadership role where you'll combine creator campaign leadership with team mentorship and strategic client partnership. 

What you’ll do

Oversee creator campaign delivery across all client units, with full accountability for quality, performance and consistency

Oversee all new creator-related briefings within client units, including creator year strategies, campaign briefings and ambassador program set-ups

Act as the quality gate for creator strategies, proposals and pitch output, ensuring strategic sharpness, feasibility and alignment with GS social-first vision

Lead and oversee the development and execution of creator campaigns and ambassador programs, working closely with unit leadership and strategy

Take the lead on high-stake strategic trajectories, such as creator year plans, complex multi-market campaigns and key client pitches

Manage, guide and mentor medior and junior CCM team members in their day-to-day work and development

Ensures strong collaboration between Creator Campaign Management and other leads across GoSpooky's 3C model, aligning creator work with client goals

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing within an agency environment

Proven track record of leading and delivering successful creator campaigns and strategies

Experience and market knowledge within the Benelux region

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to own high-stakes trajectories and complex initiatives

Excellence in quality management and creator campaign performance optimization

Experience mentoring team members and contributing to team development

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and clients

A passion for creator campaign marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
