We’re looking for a seasoned Lead Creative Producer who can elevate our production ecosystem—driving creative innovation, operational excellence, and team growth. In this role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of projects, guide a team of Creative Producers, and shape the processes, strategies, and experiments that define our content output. You’ll balance creativity with analytics, ensuring that every project is delivered efficiently, aligned with platform trends, and positioned for measurable impact. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at the core of our production organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a variety of projects managed by Creative Producers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage production budgets, expenses, and P&L indicators across projects.
• Develop and execute quarterly production plans and creative experiments.
• Ensure adherence to production processes, tools, and analytics systems.
• Provide clear reporting and digests on project performance, trends, and experiments.
• Identify and evaluate new creative opportunities, content formats, and platform trends.
• Support CPs in startup project development, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Drive experimentation with new content strategies and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with expertise hubs (e.g., SMM, IT, analytics) to optimize workflows.
• Contribute to the creative evolution of content packaging and platform adaptation.
• Directly manage and mentor 3–5 Creative Producers, guiding their career growth and performance.
• Develop successors for CP roles, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new producers.
• Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and creative team culture.
• Provide regular feedback, performance monitoring, and motivational leadership.
• Align project goals and strategies across CPs, LPs, and EPs.
• Contribute to mid-term planning and vertical growth strategy alongside the Executive Producer.
• Recommend improvements in content and operational strategies to increase profitability.
• Leverage data and platform insights to guide teams toward high-impact trends.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with the company’s global production strategy.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in popular Social Media video production, collecting more than a million of views.
• Proven experience in managing several projects simultaneously (as a Lead or Senior Producer).
• Proven track record of leading high-impact creative initiatives with external clients, or within international FMCG, Retail, Finance, or Digital Goods organizations.
• Strong understanding of content production processes, budgets, and platform dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide creative teams.
• Ability to balance creative vision with business priorities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor producer talent.
