Lead Creative (Presentation Design)

Superside is looking for a Lead Creative specialized in Presentation Design to elevate how global brands communicate their most important stories. You’ll guide a distributed team of top-tier creatives to deliver visually striking, strategically grounded presentations, ranging from executive keynotes and investor decks to scalable brand templates and complex storytelling systems.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, design systems, and innovation. You’ll set the bar for visual excellence and clarity, while integrating Generative AI and emerging tools like Figma Slides to enhance creativity and efficiency. As both a maker and a mentor, you lead by example balancing craft and strategy to turn complex ideas into powerful, human-centered stories that connect and inspire.

What You'll Do:
• Lead the creation of clear, high-impact presentations that transform complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Design, refine, and scale decks across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and Figma, ensuring brand consistency and technical precision.
• Develop and maintain presentation systems, templates, components, and visual frameworks that enable consistency and efficiency across teams.
• Partner with project managers, creative leads, and customers to align storytelling, structure, and messaging with business objectives.
• Translate data, strategies, and insights into visually coherent narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
• Use Generative AI tools intentionally to enhance ideation, layout, and visualization while preserving human creativity.
• Provide constructive feedback that sharpens visual hierarchy, storytelling flow, and overall narrative impact.
• Coach designers to strengthen presentation craft and confidence across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, brand, and motion teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven creative work.
• Model empathy, composure, and inclusivity under pressure, building a psychologically safe, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Bring:
• 3–5 years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually refined, story-driven presentations for brands or executives.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Demonstrated experience creating presentation systems, templates, or storytelling frameworks for global brands..
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver polished results under tight timelines.
• Experience using Generative AI tools as part of an intentional, creative workflow.
• Collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
• Clear and confident communication in English; comfortable presenting design decisions when needed.
