Lead Creative (Motion Design)

Superside is looking for a Lead Creative (Motion Design) to push the boundaries of what’s possible in motion and animation.

In this role, you’ll lead a global team of top-tier creatives, delivering world-class motion graphics, digital ads, explainer videos, promos, animated presentations, and more. You’ll shape creative strategy, inspire your team, and partner with leading global brands to deliver impactful work that blends craft, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:
• Lead and inspire a team of motion designers, driving creative excellence and innovation across projects.
• Own the creative strategy, workflow, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with your dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our customers
• Partner directly with global brands, presenting work and building trust through outstanding creative direction.
• Mentor and develop your team, fostering growth, skill development, and collaboration.
• Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI, to elevate motion design processes and outputs.

What you will need to succeed:
• BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms, or similar fields.
• 6+ years of experience as a world-class creative lead in an international top-tier creative agency or in-house design team in a global tech company
• Strong portfolio of creative work in Motion Design.
• Experience leading high-performing creative teams, managing end-to-end creative projects.
• Deep expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere; strong animation and video editing skills.
• Solid understanding of AI-assisted design and motion workflows (e.g. MidJourney, Runway, Krea etc), with a track record of integrating AI tools into creative pipelines to enhance ideation, production, and delivery.
• Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail.
• Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
