Location: Rockville, MD, work performed on-site with potential for hybrid support
Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Position Overview:
Leads enterprise Security Assessment and Authorization activities utilizing the NIST Risk Management Framework and in compliance with FISMA requirements. Individual shall have experience with processing PIAs and SORN notices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RMF and ATO processes
• Oversee SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms
• Ensure FISMA and NIST compliance
• Guide system owners and ISSOs
• Support audits and reporting
• Standardize compliance processes
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years cybersecurity experience
• Strong knowledge of FISMA and NIST
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CAP, Security+
Preferred / Highly Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Privacy Act and federal audits
• Baltimore Cyber Range (BCR) Cybersecurity Technical Proficiency
