We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter in Barre, VT to oversee custom home construction and remodeling projects while staying hands-on on-site. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors on residential projects in Barre, VT
• Read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and specifications accurately
• Oversee job sites, maintaining safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines
• Communicate project progress and expectations directly with clients
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to execute plans efficiently
• Mentor team members and enforce best practices in workmanship and safety

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience; prior lead carpenter experience preferred
