- Understand business and technical requirements

- Design architect for BPPM implementation

- Install and configure BMC Proactive net Management and Performance Management

- Implement iiBRSD integrations with BMC Remedy applications

- Draft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents

- Draft use cases and functional requirements documents

- Demonstrate BMC Remedy products to customers

- Respond to customer requests for product or solution information

- Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions

Skills

Candidate preferable BMC certified professional on BPPM learning path with exposure to other BSM technologies like BMC Atrium CMDB, Blade logic and BMC Discovery.
