We are looking for a Lead Auditor,Assistant Vice President to work with a team of professionals to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls designed to mitigate key business risks to comply with relevant regulatory requirements, corporate standards and industry standards. As part of a collaborative global team, you will influence and contribute to Corporate Audit’s dynamic plan development process, lead and support execution of strategic audit projects and support staff development.
You will be based in Dublin, Ireland supporting our Global Delivery business (fund accounting, transfer agency, depositary etc.) as well as collaborating with colleagues globally.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for
As Lead Auditor/Assistant Vice President, you will:
• Lead audit projects from start to finish, adhering to internal methodology and IIA requirements at all times
• Assist with coaching of audit team members both within audit projects and across the team more generally
• Develop influential relationships with local stakeholders
• Undertake continuous monitoring activities as required
• Strengthen internal control disciplines within the corporation by influencing relevant policies, promoting education/ understanding of control concepts.
• Participate in department wide initiatives, challenging the department's organization, processes and services to ensure that they remain at or above peer/ industry standards
• Maintain a current knowledge of audit industry practices and ensure best practices are always considered

• Demonstrable understanding of audit methodologies and auditing techniques including use of data analytics and AI.
• Proven ability to research, interpret and apply regulatory requirements
• Interest in developing as a leader within Corporate Audit
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience with assessment and testing of fund administration and corporate function areas listed above. Experience in either public accounting or financial services internal audit preferred
• CISA, CPA, CIA or other applicable certification preferred
• Experience in financial services processes and technology, automated business process controls and/ or technical application background
