1. Project Support for Airbnb Full-Time Employees (FTEs)
• Act as a proactive partner to FTEs, assisting them throughout all stages of their projects.
• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.
2. RFP (Request for Proposal) Support
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing RFP documents to potential suppliers.
• Coordinate responses and evaluations, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are addressed.
• Track RFP progress and deadlines, and facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors.
3. ZIP & ZIP Intake Management
• Oversee the intake and processing of ZIP requests (internal project requests).
• Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
4. Contract Research
• Research existing contracts to extract key terms, conditions, and obligations.
• Maintain an organized database of contracts for quick reference.
• Identify contract renewal dates and flag contracts requiring renegotiation or review.
5. Market Research
• Gather and analyze data on industry trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive benchmarks.
• Prepare market summaries  to inform procurement and business decisions.
6. Analysis of Categories & Suppliers
• Evaluate supplier performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Analyze spend by category to identify savings opportunities or areas for consolidation.
• Create reports to visualize key findings and trends.
7. Tableau Reporting
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau for easy data visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and customize dashboards accordingly.
8. Levelpath Platform Support
• Utilize Levelpath platform for RFP events.
Other Possible Responsibilities
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, procurement, and suppliers.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of activities, decisions, and project milestones.
