Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home settingÂ
Create and implement personalized treatment plansÂ
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff
for holistic patient careÂ
Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staffÂ
