• Lead the Layout & Piping project engineering team, reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, and take full ownership of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the central integrator of all layout activities across multi-location teams, ensuring seamless interfaces and driving technical execution of piping & valves work packages.
• Prepare comprehensive plant layout concepts covering process engineering, construction, electrical & instrumentation, control systems, logistics, and more.
• Establish and manage information exchange frameworks with customers, consortium partners, and suppliers to ensure all necessary layout data flows accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead civil coordination, fire protection planning, traffic management, and maintenance concept development for the entire plant, coordinating across all relevant third parties.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing complex plant layouts.
• Solid project execution background with a problem-solving mindset and experience spanning steel structure design, electrical layout engineering, and civil engineering.
• Working knowledge of E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, along with a strong command of 2D and 3D CAD methodology.
• Awareness and practical know-how of BIM methodology and its application in large-scale plant projects.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a welcome plus.
