Lawyer in Banking & Finance team

As our new Colleague , you will: Deal with wide range of regulatory issues for financial service clients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintech companies and other s Take part in multidisciplinary international projects for large financial institutions across different countries Contribute to development of fina ncial service risk, regulatory , compliance and legal practice within PwC Lithuania Assist clients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other) You are our perfect candidate if you: Have at least 3 - 5 years of legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage) H ave a background or strong understanding within financial service regulatory, risk management and compliance areas (experience in Banking and Finance l aw or corporate l aw shall be considered an advantage) Have a law degree (preferred), but business management, economics or similar fields are also considered. Have excellent drafting skills Are proficient in Lithuanian and English languages Have a proactive approach in teamwork , reliability, and responsiveness Have strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently Our offer: The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 3 0 00 EUR to 50 00 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
