Lawn Care Crew Member Job Summary:

When clients want beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, they turn to us. Our Property Care department plays an important role in keeping these spaces dependably maintained. This requires a commitment to our clients and the ability to deliver consistent results. One of the more important characteristics of our Property Care employees is dependability. We work hard to get the job done well to meet our clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining client properties by mowing, edging, weed eating, shrub trimming, and bed cleaning

Completing maintenance to MasterScapes standards as efficiently as possible

Safely operating power equipment

Maintaining tools and equipment daily

Skills and Qualifications:

Working independently or with a crew

Following instructions

Working with your hands

Being a dependable, self-starter

Attributes:

You have already worked in the landscape industry

You love the outdoors

Spanish fluency is a plus.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.

Be willing to work outdoors in varied weather conditions

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
