What you’ll do:

Learn professional treatment techniques (fertilization, weed control, plant health)

Own and manage a route with increasing independence

Observe, diagnose, and help solve landscape health issues

Build trust with supervisors, teammates, and clients

Work toward becoming a licensed Treatment Technician

What we’ll teach you:

The technical and safety knowledge needed to do the job right

How to think like a treatment professional—not just follow instructions
