Lawn Mowing & Gardening Technician

La Rosa Landscape Company is seeking a reliable Lawn Mowing & Gardening Technician to join our Cedarburg team. This full-time position offers steady work, competitive pay, and hands-on training in landscaping, lawn care, and garden maintenance.

What You’ll Do

Mow and maintain lawns for residential and commercial properties

Edge walkways, driveways, and beds

Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and decorative plants

Perform garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, deadheading

Install seasonal color displays and container gardens

Identify pests or plant issues

Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Valid and insurable Wisconsin Driver's license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Reliable transportation to Cedarburg

Team player with a willingness to learn

Previous landscaping or gardening experience preferred, but not required

Bonus Skills: Plant ID, horticulture knowledge, sustainable gardening, customer service
