We are seeking dedicated and reliable Lawn Mowing Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. This position is responsible for maintaining client properties through professional mowing services and basic lawn care.

Key Responsibilities

Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain residential and commercial properties according to company standards

Edge walkways, driveways, and landscape beds

Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning

Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site

Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable transportation to our Cedarburg location

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
