Lawn Care Maintenance Technician

A Valid Driver's License is required for this position. 

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. We are looking for full-time Lawncare Maintenance Technicians. This is an entry level position that assists Crew Leaders with trimming, edging, blowing and possibly mowing pending evaluation. This position requires excellent attendance and punctuality, the ability to take direction, and someone who works well both with a team and independently. 

This is a seasonal position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. All candidates must present a clean and professional appearance and must be capable of working safely and efficiently.

Crew Members typically work a 4 day week, Monday through Thursday, 10 hour days. Friday and/or Saturday may be required OT due to weather or incomplete jobs. 

Candidate must be able to read and write in English.

Must have clean driving record and valid Driver's License- REQUIRED

A high school degree or GED is preferred.

This is a seasonal position.
