We are seeking a Fertilizer Technician to support landscape maintenance operations in the Walpole, Massachusetts area. This role focuses on applying fertilizer and turf treatments that promote healthy lawns and landscaped environments for commercial and residential properties.

The ideal candidate has experience with turf care, fertilizer applications, and landscape maintenance practices. This position requires attention to detail, safe handling of materials, and the ability to work outdoors in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and other turf treatments to lawns and landscaped areas according to established schedules
• Operate spreaders, sprayers, and related turf care equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor lawn health and identify potential issues such as weeds, pests, or nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, products used, and application areas
• Ensure all fertilizer and chemical applications comply with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Assist with general landscape maintenance activities when needed
• Communicate with supervisors regarding property conditions and treatment results
• Maintain equipment and vehicles used for fertilizer application
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols

Requirements:
