Law Clerk / Solicitor

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a law clerk or solicitor with one to two years' experience to join our general Litigation team in our Christchurch office.

Working with partners Kelly Paterson, Olly Peers, Shaun Brookes and Jenna Silcock and the wider litigation team, you will cut across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters including local government, insolvency and credit recovery, contractual disputes, construction, trust law disputes, judicial reviews and investigations, securities enforcement and insurance issues. 

As a valued member of the team, you will have the chance to appear at court and in mediations, hearings and arbitrations to successfully develop and progress your legal career within a team that is well-known for its broad experience and recognised expertise in a number of areas.
