Laundry Supervisor

As the Laundry Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will assist the Laundry Manager to oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a team of laundry attendants, coordinate workflow, and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the laundry facility.

• Previous experience in a laundry supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English.
