Laundry Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all laundry operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate washers and dryers to clean and dry all laundry items.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established protocols.
• Ensure that all linens, uniforms, and other laundry items meet quality standards.
• Monitor laundry equipment for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Keep laundry area organised, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to prevent illness and contamination.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting laundry equipment.
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
