• Manage daily laundry operations, ensure proper handling, sorting, and processing of all fabrics.

• Monitor linen par levels and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laundry processes.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.

• Promote a positive, safe, and productive working environment.

• Ensure correct use of chemicals, detergents, and washing programs to extend linen life and maintain quality.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to linen damage, loss, or discoloration.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping.

Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level.

Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and daily operational workflows.

Experience in cost control, inventory management, and linen lifecycle management.

Basic computer skills for reporting, inventory tracking, and communication.
