• Supervise daily laundry operations (guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linen).

• Ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry requests (regular & express).

• Monitor fabric care, stain treatment, and quality control standards.

• Train and guide laundry staff on SOPs and safety procedures.

• Manage inventory of linen, chemicals, and supplies.

• Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

• Prepare daily reports on laundry volume, costs, and performance.

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in hotel laundry operations.

• Strong knowledge of fabric care, chemicals, and laundry machinery.

• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
