Laundry Attendants

We are seeking friendly and efficient Laundry Attendants to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional laundry services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

• Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding machines
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold guest laundry according to established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised laundry area
• Handle guest requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure proper care of guests' clothing and linens
• Track and report any damaged or lost items
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall guest experience

• Proficiency in operating laundry equipment and knowledge of various fabric care techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy loads
• Basic numeracy skills for managing inventory and supplies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in laundry services or hospitality is a plus
