During Launchpad, you will:

• Step into the shoes of a trader or engineer through interactive workshops and real-world case studies designed by our teams.

• Work side by side with IMC experts, sharpening your analytical and problem-solving skills while learning how trading and technology come together in practice.

• Get an inside look at our culture — from how we collaborate to how we innovate — and explore what makes IMC a unique place to start your career.

• Build connections with peers and IMC professionals who could be part of your future network.

Who we are looking for:

• STEM students graduating in 2028 from a European or UK university.

• Curious, ambitious individuals eager to explore a future in trading or technology.

• Students interested in applying for IMC’s 2027 Summer Internship after Launchpad.
