Latvian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant in Sofia - Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Latvian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for Latvian-speaking clients, providing customized customer solutions and support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support to Latvian-speaking customers
• Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and resolutions
• Identify and recommend service improvements based on customer feedback
• Assist in onboarding and training new clients
• Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
