Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff

Ensure all areas meet high-quality cleaning standards

Perform routine inspections and quickly address issues

Help manage schedules and assist with coverage

Train new team members and reinforce best practices

Monitor supplies and keep operations running smoothly

Communicate updates with management

Maintain safety standards

Handle client needs professionally

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Housekeeping/janitorial experience is a plus
