About The Role:The Hub Manager is fully responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hub’s operations from A to Z. This includes ensuring that all parcels are received, processed, and dispatched correctly and on schedule. The Hub Manager will coordinate with team members and staff to maintain workflow efficiency while achieving operational targets, and they will be accountable for the team’s performance and overall hub performance.

Job Responsibilities: :
• Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hub staff maximize performance.
• Ensure the fulfillment of custody responsibilities, managing all assets and resources within the hub.
• Optimize team and hub performance by implementing best practices and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes for timely delivery.
• Monitor the handling of shipments to minimize damage and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Address inquiries and concerns related to shipping and delivery, providing effective solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on hub operations, including productivity metrics and operational challenges.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost reductions.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the hub.

Job Qualifications::
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, management, and customers.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address operational challenges.
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
