Large Format Digital Print Operator

We are in search of a Large Format Digital Print Operator with In-depth knowledge of and proficiency on a Vutek GS3250LX and Vutek 5R. We are looking for a quality conscious, reliable, self-starter, customer-focused, good communicator and well-organized team member. In this position you would be responsible for reviewing job instructions, copying files to the press and making color adjusts to accurately print jobs. Prioritization must be focused on a high-quality printed product.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:

Vutek GS3250LX and Vutek 5R.

Fiery Rip Software.

Accurately Ensure supplies are available and reorder as needed.

Operation of additional machines including a digital router/cutter.

Cross-train on additional machines as necessary and help in other departments.

IT Proficiency.

Ability to read and comprehend job ticket assignments.

Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization.

Excellent attention to detail including color perception and recognition.

In-Depth knowledge of large format print production operations.

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously.

Ability to conduct quality checks and ensuring high quality output of product in accordance with process standards and/or guidelines - visually inspects all press output.

Listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to perform all required preventative maintenance on equipment.
