Safeguard Trendyol’s Arabic content quality across all customer surfaces. Improve trust, product discoverability, and overall user experience by combining linguistic expertise with analytical thinking and structured quality processes. Contribute to Trendyol’s AI-enabled language systems by evaluating model outputs, identifying systemic issues, and shaping corrective actions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Arabic language quality reviews (LQA) focusing on linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, clarity, and overall user-journey impact.
• Identify and resolve systemic quality gaps such as terminology drift, dialect inconsistencies, mistranslation patterns, and normalization/script issues.
• Validate and optimize MT/LLM output for Arabic, refining prompts and contributing to scalable AI-driven quality workflows.
• Produce recurring root-cause analyses and maintain error taxonomies, mistranslation banks, and quality metrics specific to Arabic content.
• Build quality dashboards, track KPIs and trends, and convert unstructured user feedback into actionable quality insights.
• Investigate UX friction caused by language issues and collaborate with SEO, Catalog, Option Management, and CX/Platform teams to fix them.
• Partner with Data Science/NLP teams to ensure Arabic linguistic patterns inform model training and guide vendors/freelancers with structured feedback.
• Own Arabic linguistic standards across regions—maintaining style guides and glossaries, managing dialect and cultural nuances, and shaping lightweight detection systems.

Expected Qualifications:
• Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English; knowledge of Gulf dialects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of other languages, especially Turkish, is a plus.
• Experience in localization QA, linguistic data analysis, or multilingual content quality.
• Ability to interpret data and apply analytical reasoning, not just linguistic intuition.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards; familiarity with Python, SQL, or BigQuery.
• Exposure to MT/LLM workflows and openness to experimenting with AI-assisted quality methods.
• Strong communication skills; able to express complex linguistic issues in a structured, actionable way.
• Experience in annotation, model evaluation, or prompt testing.
