The language data analyst will join Trendyol’s Global Language Solutions team, with close collaboration with the Quality team. Based in Riyadh, the role provides in-market Arabic expertise to strengthen our automation, MT evaluation, and data pipelines. By combining linguistic knowledge and data analysis, the analyst ensures high-quality Arabic outputs and scalable automation across markets. The position plays a key role in safeguarding cultural relevance while enabling Trendyol’s AI and MT systems to deliver reliable results.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor MT quality, corpus health, and workflow metrics for Arabic and other priority markets.
• Conduct linguistic and statistical analysis of large datasets to improve quality and coverage.
• Build dashboards and reports to track data health, error rates, and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to validate MT/LLM outputs and suggest fixes.
• Provide linguistic input into prompts, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Analyze Arabic content for gaps in terminology, cultural relevance, or bias.
• Support scalability of global operations by enabling structured, data-backed interventions.

Expected Qualifications:
• Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, computational linguistics, or NLP roles.
• Hands-on skills in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy); experience with visualization tools.
• Familiarity with MT/LLM outputs, corpus validation, and multilingual datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to link linguistic insights to data patterns.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams.
• Experience in e-commerce, tech, or language-quality data projects is a plus.
