They thrive on driving projects forward, balancing speed with top-notch quality, and take pride in teaching and developing their crew. Known for clear communication and strong organizational skills, they are the kind of leader who will not let their team down. Outside of work, they are happiest outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, hiking, or tending to their own garden. They are motivated by completing meaningful projects, supporting their family, and seeing the team succeed together. They are not afraid of long hours, shifting priorities, or tough challenges, because for them, landscaping is more than a paycheck—it’s a craft, a career, and a chance to build something lasting. Lead and develop a crew to deliver high-quality landscaping projects

Teach less experienced team members and help them grow

You have proven experience supervising and leading crews, preferably in landscaping or outdoor services.
