Landscaping Production Manager

Outdoor Splendor is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to help lead and grow our operations. This is a hybrid role, where a portion of time will be spent working hands-on as a lawn fertilization technician in our new fertilizing division, while the majority of responsibilities will focus on overseeing production, quality control, and team coordination. Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as this role plays a key part in delivering the premium service and consistent results our customers expect.

Position Responsibilities

Ensure that crews are meeting production and efficiency standards. If production standards are not being met, diagnose and correct the issue.

Ensure foremen and crews are following Outdor Splendor production systems and safety protocols and procedures

Train all crew members on Outdoor Splendor production systems, equipment, and safety protocols and procedures

Consistently evaluate work and determine if further steps are needed to meet internal and external client expectations

Troubleshoot and solve problems and concerns on the job site, both from external clients and associates

Perform timely follow up job site inspections to ensure Outdoor Splendor quality standards

Perform hands-on activities as needed.

Ensure the crews have the training, tools and supplies to succeed.

Be able to service and maintain a lawn fertilizing route

Compensation
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour. We also offer full medical benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, weekly paychecks and more.

Position Requirements

Attention to detail

Some experience with hardscaping and drainage work is preferred

Pass background and drug screening.

18 years of age or older.

Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

U.S. Citizen or obtain legal residency documentation.

Willing & able to use outdoor power equipment.

Willing and able to lift objects and materials 50+ lbs.

Willing and able to work extended periods of standing, walking, bending and reaching.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
