We’re looking for a creative, motivated and skilled Landscape Crew Lead to supervise one of our horticultural or maintenance teams.

Requirements for Landscaping Crew Lead (Hardscape or Horticulture):

3-5+ years of full-time landscape leadership/supervisory experience, preferably in residential horticultural maintenance or installation teams;

Mature and professional;  

Ability to engage with clients;

Ability to work collaboratively with production manager, designers, and owner;

Clean driving record and drug-testing required.
