Landscaper

The Landscaper is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. This position requires hands-on experience with landscape equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to maintain high-quality site appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris cleanup

• Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment

• Assist with basic irrigation repairs including head replacement and minor line repairs

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all job sites

• Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions or repair needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable landscape maintenance experience

• Proficient in the use of mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment

• Basic irrigation repair knowledge

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment for extended periods
