Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking reliable and hands-on team members to join our Maintenance department in Landscaping and General Maintenance roles on a casual basis. These roles are essential in ensuring our resort remains safe, functional and beautifully presented for our guests.

About the Roles

Landscaper (Casual)

• Maintain gardens, lawns, pool surrounds and common areas
• Perform mowing, edging, pruning and general grounds work
• Assist with irrigation checks and outdoor maintenance
• Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Handyperson & Maintenance (Casual)

• General repairs across guest rooms and public areas
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate contractors and maintain service records
• Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–3:00pm

Hourly Rates:

Mon–Fri $33.38 | Sat $40.05 | Sun $46.73

What We’re Looking For

• Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience
• Reliable, safety-focused and hands-on approach
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Physically fit and flexible to support operational needs
