Landscape Technician

Arborist Enterprises is hiring Landscape Technicians to help install trees, shrubs, and new landscape beds. This is hands on work where you help build and improve outdoor spaces for our customers.

You will work with a small crew planting trees, spreading mulch, setting plants, and helping bring landscape plans to life. If you like physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and want steady work with a good team, this could be a good fit.

This is a full time seasonal position with the chance to move into year round work for the right person.

What You’ll Do

Work with a crew to plant trees, shrubs, and flowers

Install landscape beds, spread mulch, and help with planting layouts

Dig, plant, and water new trees and plants

Help maintain planted areas with pruning, trimming, and weeding

Operate basic equipment like a mini skid loader or small tractor when needed

Keep the job site clean and help load and unload tools and materials

What We’re Looking For

Landscape or planting experience is helpful but not required

Comfortable working outside in different weather

Able to lift about 50 pounds and stay active during the day

Valid driver’s license

Good attitude and someone who works well with a crew

Someone who shows up on time and takes pride in their work
