People Architects is partnering with J.F.D. Landscapes to hire a Landscape Sales and Estimating Manager.

What You’ll Drive

Build and grow a strong pipeline of commercial and residential landscape construction projects

Develop new business through proactive prospecting and relationship-building

Meet clients onsite to walk projects, assess needs, and scope work

Prepare detailed take-offs, estimates, and job costing using LMN

Present proposals, negotiate, and close new business

Stay engaged throughout project execution to ensure client satisfaction

Cultivate long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

What You Bring

Experience in landscape construction, outdoor construction, or a related industry

Ability to read plans and perform accurate take-offs

Familiarity with LMN and Microsoft Office
