Isidore Landscapes Inc. has been designing, installing, and maintaining landscapes in the lower mainland since 1994. We’ve built strong working relationships with construction companies, home builders, and landscape architects. Our technical expertise allows us to interpret, create, install, and maintain varied and complex landscape designs for all types of landscape projects.

As a result of rapid growth, we are looking to hire additional looking to hire Landscape Maintenance Workers to help keep up with our increasing amount of work in commercial landscape installations.

Previous landscape & construction experience is an asset but not required. Training is provided.

Key Duties of the position include:

Install and maintain seasonal planting.

Mowing, trimming and fertilizing green spaces

Monitor and maintain the health of plant.

Carry out planting, cultivation, mowing, edging & weeding

Provide aeration, lime & fertilizers to lawns.

Pruning of shrubs, trees, ground covers, hedges, and other plants.

Cleaning of walks, driveways, and entrances.

Operate and maintain all gardening equipment including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers and hand tools such as rakes, pruners, snips, spades and wheelbarrow.

The installation and repair of lawns and lawn systems (e.g. sod, irrigation systems, etc.)

Operate landscaping vehicles, and maintenance equipment e.g. Wood chipper, ride on lawn mowers.

Represent Isidore Landscapes positively.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate fluently in English

Must be physically capable, able to lift 40-60 pounds regularly.

Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Must be able to follow safe work practices.

Ability to get to arrive at job sites independently.

Possession of a valid BC Drivers License and Landscape Experience are assets.
