Job Summary

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising field crews while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Services’ high-quality standards. This role serves as a key link between crew members and management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews in daily operations

Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards

Operate and oversee the use of commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Drive company vehicles and perform daily inspections

Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure efficient job completion

Accurately track and submit crew timesheets for weekly payroll

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company driving/insurability standards

Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture

Proven experience leading a crew as a Foreman or Crew Lead

Strong work ethic and leadership skills

Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients

Willingness to work a consistent schedule with occasional weekend work during peak seasons

Physical Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods

Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and physical activity

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
