Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, all while motivating a team to perform at their best? If so, we want YOU to join our crew as our next Maintenance Field Supervisor! BILINGUAL REQUIRED (Spanish/English).
What You'll Do:
Lead and Supervise: Be the go-to person for your team! Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring work is completed on time and up to our high standards.
Training Champion: Help your team grow and excel with hands-on training, guidance, and mentoring. Share your knowledge and create future maintenance stars!
Quality Assessments and Audits: Ensure everything is running like a well-oiled machine. Regularly assess the quality of work and conduct audits to ensure we meet and exceed industry standards.
Purchasing Power: Manage and order necessary materials, tools, and equipment. To ensure we have everything we need to keep things running.
Team Player: We believe in collaboration, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, work with others, and make it happen. Together, we’re unstoppable!
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Leadership Skills: You’re someone who knows how to motivate, coach, and guide a team to success.
Hands-on and Detail-Oriented: You don’t just supervise, you dive in when needed, ensuring everything is running smoothly and safely.
Ready to Lift: You’ll be lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds, so we need someone physically fit and ready to get their hands dirty.
Experience in Maintenance: Previous experience in a maintenance or supervisory role is a big plus! We love having someone who knows their way around the job site.
