Landscape Maintenance Crew Member – 4-Day Work Week (Full-Time)

Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends)
Pay: $19–$24/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

Refined Gardens is hiring maintenance crew members to care for high-end residential properties across the Valley.

This is a full-time, year-round role with a consistent 4-day schedule. We work Tuesday through Friday so you get a reliable 3-day weekend, almost every week. Occasional Monday or Saturday work may be required once or twice per year.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and detail work

Assist with planting, seasonal color, and irrigation checks

Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems

Follow direction from the Foreman to complete work efficiently and to company standards

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Help ensure every property consistently meets high standards

Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona conditions

Experience: Landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required

Driver’s License: Preferred

Eligibility: Must be able to pass E-Verify
