About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance Team — people who take pride in their work and love seeing the results of a well-tended garden. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the best in the field. Fossil provides training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement for those who want to build a career in landscape horticulture.

Responsibilities

Garden Care

Weed and cultivate garden beds

Maintain shrubs, perennials, annuals, and hedges

Install seasonal plantings and assist with garden renovations

Property Maintenance

Mow and line trim lawns

Clean and maintain hardscape areas, patios, and custom features

Perform basic irrigation checks and minor repairs

Teamwork & Quality

Participate in ensuring every property looks its best after each visit

Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional work environment

Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to deliver consistent results

What You Bring

2+ years of landscape maintenance experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

Ability to safely operate powered equipment (line trimmers, mowers, blowers, etc.)

Commitment to safety — for yourself, your team, and the properties we maintain

Certification or coursework in horticulture, or progress toward Red Seal, is an asset

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive wages: $24–$30/hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Season: February to December (full-time, permanent)
