Landscape Maintenance Business Developer
Full-Time | Nashville, TN | Base + Commission
Join Gardens of Babylon, a fast-growing landscape company and help expand our maintenance division. If you’re a natural relationship-builder with strong sales instincts, this role offers major growth and earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Convert install clients into recurring maintenance contracts
Generate $800k+ in annual maintenance revenue
Sell enhancement services: lighting, irrigation, cleanups, lawn care
Build estimates/proposals and present within 3 days
Prospect through networking, referrals, & cold outreach
Maintain strong gross margins (52–60%)
What We’re Looking For
Strong communicator + confident closer
Organized, efficient, and proactive
Landscape/horticulture experience (3–5 years preferred)
CAD/estimating experience a plus
Valid driver’s license required
