Job Summary:
Landscape Laborers work collaboratively to provide high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and pride in delivering excellent results.

Essential Job Functions:

Safely operate lawn care tools and equipment

Trim, cut, and edge lawns and turf

Plant and prune shrubs, bushes, and flowers

Apply mulch, fertilizer, and water as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Ability to communicate and conduct yourself professionally

Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, and grasping

Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
